I used to do things in software projects. Nowadays I try to help others (mostly teams, but sometimes just individuals) get better. And while I’m doing that, I’m also trying to get better at it.
When I’m not inside a project team trying to do good, I act as an “effluent guard” to create some space for my teams. While that’s going on, I’m also working with the environment my team’s in, to make it easier for everyone to work together.
